A Day of Beauty Poll

The question is: How long does it take you to get ready for a really special event? Think an elegant party or even a really special first date. Something like a wedding could be stretched out over a week, so skip that kind of getting ready.
I hope to hear from you on this poll, I will be interested to see if I am really out of the ordinary here, but based on the study I referred to below, I doubt I am. ;)

Ok I voted this time. Don’t do many special events myself. But with shower, hair and makeup, I think I can get it done in about an hour. Shaving requires 3 days notice in the winter…lol.
(I’m still getting ready for that special first date. Don’t tell my dh!) J/K hon… :p

Thanks, Gail. It has been awhile for me too - not much in the elegant event party out here on the ranch. It seems you can go anywhere in TX with your jeans and boots! But, I have a high school reunion coming up this summer - that will, no doubt, be an all day affair for me!
