Back from Vegas, Baby - Thanks so much, Teri!
I am back home from the wild world of Las Vegas - having done only a smidgeon of what I intended to do there (beyond work, anyway), but walking away with a pretty tidy blackjack profit. Yeah!
I wanted to thank Teri again publically for helping me out here this past week - as my longer time readers know, I stink at keeping up with blogging while out of town, so I tried something new this time, and I think it worked fantastically for everyone!
BIG thanks also to my friend Julieta from Glam, who flew to Vegas for not much more reason than to see us Glam bloggers from b5media. I had a blast, and it was a total joy to put a face to someone who has really become a good friend over the last couple of years. There was a big lack of beauty bloggers there in Vegas, I hope that more of them (you) will come out next year - it is a don’t miss event, for sure!
I came home with a renewed energy, which is something I desperately needed, as my full time job has really been getting the best of me for the last month or so. It is amazing how something you dearly love can become your nemesis without enough play-time in your life. This week my big plan is to get a grip of my life, make a good working schedule and stick to it so I can fit in everything that I need to do (work) and the things I love to do (blog, hang with my family), without becoming an overworked bitch. :) Sounds like a New Years resolution to me. Well, it IS holiday time creeping up on us fast, eh?

And next year, Vegas or not (gosh, I hope it is Vegas), I am there. I don’t care what is going on in my life. I will make the time!!!
