Beauty Beat: Brush Your Hair
There are dozens of different kinds of hair brushes waiting for you at the store - how do you know which one is right for you? You consider first your hair type, and second, your hairstyling methods. A natural boar’s hair brush is the absolute best thing to have, if you can use it. If your hair is very thick and coarse, you will never get through it with a natural hair brush, but if it isn’t, there is not a better brush when it comes to making your hair look healthy and gorgeous. If you are a blow dryer, opt for a vented brush, which will allow the hot air to circulate and really get your hair dry, evenly. My current favorites are the newer ceramic round brushes (the one by T3 shown above), which are vented and the ceramic warms up to really help make the process of getting curl in your hair much easier. Wow! There is certainly a selection of brushes to choose from these days.
I love the feel of the brush stimulating my scalp.. Brushing your hair at the first sign of a headache can help to relieve it.
