Beauty Beat - Free Radicals
Skin care has come a long way in the last few years with several good theories about how your skin ages, each with solutions that really help. One of them is the free radical theory. Very basically this means that the sun and other environmental factors cause free radicals to form in your body. These are molecules that have no home and that damage other stable molecules by trying to attach to them. What does this mean for you? It means the degeneration of your skin – and the “w” word – yes, wrinkles. Antioxidants help eliminate free radicals and in some cases repair the damage they have done. Do a little research on them, they really are good for your skin. You can take them internally and slather them on externally and reap all of the benefits they have to offer!

Apart from environmental factors smoking and alcohol consumption can also cause wrinkles.
However, apart from slathering a collagen cream on skin a person can also intake a Vitamin C and E diet or an anti-oxidant rich diet to keep wrinkles at bay.

Smoking, under-nourished diet and alcohol consumption can also cause wrinkles.
However an antioxidant rich diet is also important along with collagen creams to keep wrinkles at bay.

Smoking has reaked havoc on my skin and face, and I started to see wrinkles and drooping well before my time. Well, like most people I knew about Endermology, but I was just told about this new one at my spa that is endermology but it is much smaller but has the same attatchment. Its called the E-6. So I started the treatments on my face and I was blown away by the results. My wrinkles were gone! (give or take a few) My skin really looked amazing! Anyway, if you want Endermologie, check out some spas and see if they do the treatments. Less expensive than the doctors office too.
