Beauty Beat - Paraffin Treatments
As the cool air starts to blow, it’s time to start thinking of things like hot-tubs and hot chocolate. How about a warm toasty paraffin dip for your hands and feet? You should be able to get a treatment at your local salon, or, for a more regular treat, you can easily find paraffin units for home use. A few things to remember when doing your own paraffin treatment at home: use a creamy moisturizer first, and leave plenty on your skin; always test the temperature before you plunge your hands and feet in; do several dips in order to make a thick coat of paraffin, and in between dips raise your hands/feet out of the paraffin for a few seconds, this will give you a much thicker coat. When you are paraffined up, sit back and close your eyes for 15-20 minutes and enjoy the warmth wrapping around you!

That would be sooooo nice on your feet after a day of skiing or sledding! My toes always get so chilly, it would warm them right up - and be hydrating!
