Beauty Beat: Silver Spring

Silver is smoking hot for the spring! You can have lots of fun with silver in your makeup kit without spending a fortune. Try a new silver nail polish, eye shadow, eyeliner or even lipstick to take part. The key to looking up to date without looking like a tin can is subtlety. Try a gorgeous silvery smoky eye with a more subtle lip color. Polish your nails with a silver polish and dab just a touch of silver eye shadow on the center of your lower lip for a pouty and up to date look without overdoing it. Also, silver is much more suited to cool skin tones - if you have a skin tone on the warmer side, try accenting with gold - you will accomplish the same great metallic look, and you will look radiant, rather than six feet under. ;)
