Calvin Klein Takes Another Shot at Color Cosmetics
Calvin’s last go-round with color cosmetics didn’t go so well, but they are taking a new stab at it. ck cosmetics will be at Sephora.com beginning in January, and are currently at a handful of Macys and Dillards nationwide. Calvin Klein is probably my very favorite brand of all time. I haven’t worn anything but Calvin Klein jeans in - well - many, many years (think Brooke Shields). My all time favorite fragrance is Eternity, and my husband has worn Obsession for every bit as long as I have worn Eternity (since its debut). And man, is he a good smelling man. Anyway, I do loves me some Calvin Klein, and I can hardly wait to see what they have to offer.
According to WWD, they will have glittery and plumping lipglosses, an eyebrow kit in a couple of different colors, lipsticks and 25 foundation shades, among other items (I suspect the usual variety of eyeshadows, blushes, ect) - totalling 200 units in all. Thankfully they note that fuschia is going to be a big color for them in the spring, because I tell you, I can’t wear any of these corally/orangey shades in their PR picture here. Fuschia, I can do. ;)

I have been reading about CK’s latest foray into cosmetics for a few months now and cannot wait to see it in person and try some too.

I’m extremely curious to see what CK has to offer as well! My Sephora gift cards are waiting to be spent.. very very soon!
