Elle’s Top 5 Self Tanners
Sadly, I haven’t tried most of these yet (with the exception of the Dove Energy Glow, which is GREAT), but am so pleased with my GlowFusion spray tanner, I just can’t bear to go back to lotions and worrying about scrubbing my hands without getting the lotion off the top of my hands (not a big deal with the Dove). But I realize that not everyone is so obsessed with spray tanning, and isn’t going to run out to buy a $175 tanner (is that crazy?), so here is a very useful list from the June issue
of Elle Magazine’s top 5 self tanners (click image to enlarge):
What is your favorite self tanner, and why do you like it? You ARE using self tanner rather than the sun to bronze your bod, right?

the soleil bronzers from lancome are good (but pricey). I prefer the spray on, but the mousse works well too. The St. Tropez is good too, but for everyday I use Hawaiian Tropic or Banana Boat sunless.

I actually have problems with Energy Glow, if I put too much on I turn orange and after I wash my hands the color on the top of them always comes off and I get this weird pale hand and tan wrists. It does smell good, but I find it quite strong, stronger than my current Shiseido Daily Tan lotion.
