GelLuscious Moisturizing Gloves and Booties
How is this for a nifty idea? Gloves and booties (like slipper socks, with treads on the bottom) with a coating of moisturizing gel inside them, so that when you wear them, you are moisturizing your skin. That is the concept of the GelLuscious gloves and booties - they are like a hand and foot treatment. Put them on for 20 minutes or so a day, and your skin will absorb the goodies inside the gel, and come out softer and smoother.
I will really enjoy these a little more in the winter, as the heat in TX in the summer is a little much to stand anything like gloves and booties, but these really do work. They feel a little different, especially the booties, as you can feel the gel under your feet when you walk around in them. It takes a little getting used to, but I am looking forward to spending a lot of time in them as soon as the weather cools down a bit. That is when you need these most anyway, right?
Also, this is a great product for people with diabetes, who need to protect their extremities all of the time, and have special issues with dryness and cracking in their feet and hands. The gloves and bootis need to be replaced every couple of months, as the good stuff will eventually run out of them.
