I love the Burt’s Bees Strawberry lip gloss. Sometimes, I put a little vaseline on my lips before bed - it really makes them feel wonderful the next day.

My favorite lip gloss is Clinique because it’s glossy but not sticky.
I also have some great tips on keeping your lips super soft; when I use my exfoliater on my face, I make sure to use it on my lips as well and I also put Vaseline on my lips each night and awaken to moisturized lips every morning. Cheap and easy!

Put a non shiny lip balm or gloss on lips out in the sun. Stops them from drying up and cracking.

I love the Victoria’s Secret lip glosses, but I have to admit for serious chapping I turn to the tried and true Blistex… it’s not exactly stylish but it works!

My favorite lip gloss has to be MAC’s Plushglass, or on a lot of days I just wear C.O. Bigelow’s lip shine when I don’t feel like wearing any color.

I start my makeup routine with a coat of blistex on my lips then wait until i’m ready to walk out the door to put on gloss/lipstick depending on my mood for the day. The coat of blistex keeps my lips nice and soft and works as a nice base for anything else i choose to put on my lips.

My favorite lip gloss is Smashbox O-Gloss, I totally LOVE how natural it looks on my lips and how soft it leaves them. I also like Dior the lip-plumper ;) and Clarins (the lip balm). I haven’t tried Clinique yet, so I would be VERY excited to win this set!

I found that Blistex Complete moisture is great for my lips to use anytime, under my lipstick, or over. I like it best to use right before bedtime as I get dry lips at night.

I try to exfoliate with a warm, wet washcloth before putting on lip gloss. Otherwise it can magnify all your skin flakes!

Olive oil works wonders on lips. Whenever I am cooking with olive oil I will just apply some to my lips and it makes them smooth and tastes good too. =)

I never leave the house without a shiny coat of lip gloss! So to prepare, I use a gentle daily facial exfoliator every morning and rub a bit of it on my lips to slough of dead or dry skin. Then, I put on medicated lip balm while I do my hair and makeup. By the time I’m ready for my finishing touch of gloss, my lips become a soft and supple canvas for gloss to glide on!

I keep my lips beautiful by using Carmex constantly throughout the day when I’m not wearing any other kind of gloss and doubling up at night. They’d be soooo dry if I didn’t!

I always used aveeno with spf as base and let it dry and apply MAC lipglass.
At night time, plain old vaseline will do. Nothing can top this…

My current favorite is Lancome’s Juicy Tubes Rose fishnets.
My tip is to make sure you coat your lips in a thick balm before sleeping. It’ll help soften up your lips. My picks are Kiehls Baby Balm and Pout’s (no longer in existence apparently :( ) lip balm.

I use many lip glosses and balms with no clear favorite. I do have one of these Clinique glosses that I really like. My tip is to be sure and exfoliate your lips to keep flakes away. It doesn’t matter what you put on your lips if they are flakey, it won’t look good.

Anything with petroleum jelly is not good for the skin. Just a bandaid, not a treatment. Exfoliate with wash cloth, use triple antibiotic to heal, then Clinque gloss for shine and lubrication! Thanks for the chance to win.

Use your toothbrush to exfoliate your lips. It works, but you have to rub it around gently on your lips.

As a young girl, I loved Bonne Bell Lip Smackers. Even today, I see those and they bring back sweet memories. As an adult, I’m constantly playing around iwth new lip balms–ones that moisturize and protect and even give a hint of color. Right now, I love Burt’s Bees best. I’m a huge fan of Clinque though, so these would be great to try!

I have not yet tried the Clinique Kissers but hope to soon! To date, my favorite lip product has been good old Blistex (in the tan colored tub) for keeping lips healthy and hydrated, but I experiment with other products too. I am fond of flavored, tinted lip glosses. My husband says they make my lips very smoochable :)

I really love the Mac lip glosses, but Clinique is a close second. My tip for keeping your lips healthy and supple is to constantly moisturize, even at night; vaseline is the best stuff ever or anything that contains aloe. Thanks for the contest!

Spa your lips:
Step 1: Exfoliate them with brown sugar and olive oil
Step 2: Sleep that night with lots of vaseline on lips
Step 3: wake up in the morning with smooth, soft, extra kissable lips!

I use plain old vaseline. Love it! Just by itself at night and under lipstick in the daytime. It keeps my lips soft. If my lips get rough, I use Mary Kay satin lips mask. It’s awesome! My lips feel so smooth and soft afterwards!

I live in the north where it gets very dry in the winter. Lip gloss is a perfect way to keep your lips moist and attractive at the same time. My favorite gloss is actually one that is a combination of gloss and lipstick which stays on really well and keeps I great shine. I would love this Clinique (love their makeup) gloss since it has so many colors to go with anything I wear.

I love Clinique glosses! Also, I’ve gotten into the habit of gently brushing my lips with my toothbrush every night before going to bed, and then putting on Rosebud lip salve. Works great!

I haven’t met many glosses I don’t like, but my all time favorite lip product is Burt’s Bees lip balm. I never forget it and when I do I feel all wrong inside. I love glosses but hate having to reapply so much. My current favorite are the Burt’s super shiney glosses; they taste like oranges. Mmmm.

My favorite lip gloss is any of the lines by MAC. The one I wear most often right now is a Viva Glam lipglass.
The two things I do to keep my lips soft is to brush them occasionally with my toothbrush, and I also use this lip kit from Mary Kay that contains a little lip scrub and a moisturizer.

There are some very smart posters out there today! Every tip I was going to mention is already posted! You gals sure know how to keep your lips looking fabulous! I use Dermatologica Lip Renewal Complex on my lips. It keeps them exfoliated and smooth as silk! I discovered this when I was in Santa Fe, NM and my lips dried out like prunes. This products was recommended to me at a spa we visited and I have been using it ever since. You can get it on Ebay really inexpensively and I highly recommend it. Then you can add your favorite lip color over it and it will make your lip color last all day!

My tip is to always make sure you are wearing lipgloss with spf while in the sun, summer and winter! The skin on your lips need protection just like the rest of you!

My absolute favorite lip gloss at the moment is Smashbox O-Gloss (although knowing me, this will change, considering I am a lipgloss junkie!). I love how it changes from clear to a perfect shade of pink that doesn’t make me look washed out like so many other shades of pink do. It does a great job at giving my lips shine without over-doing it. I have also recently stumbled upon a great find: Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15 from Fresh. Not only does it smell great and make my lips extra soft, but it also has SPF 15 in it…it’s kind of like I hit the lip balm jackpot with this stuff…

For lasting effects, I put vaseline on my lips before bed each night and my lips don’t look all chapped and peeling in the morning any more. In the daytime, I have some cute tinted moisturizers calle Juice Beauty that I often use.

Clinique superbalm - enough said! I am currently taking Accutane, AND I live in Alaska, and I’m constantly battling dry cracked lips - especially when I’m trying to sleep. Superbalm is the perfect solution to keep my lips moist and protected.

Whenever I have a big night out I first use my toothbrush to smooth away and soften my lips and then follow that with a coat of Vaseline (you’d be surprised by how effective it is!) to fully moisten them. I finish with a coat of Clinique’s Passionfruit lip gloss (it’s my favourite) and then I’m all set to go!

Burt’s Bees has super products at an affordable price, as many respondents have indicated. The minty-ness of the lip shimmers and lip balm is refreshing. The latest and greatest to be added to the roster would be their “Super Shiny Natural Lip Gloss” with orange fragrance.
For a super luxurious option to calm chapped lips, I find the Clarins Eclat Minute (Instant Light) Natural Lip Perfector to have a lovely texture and fragrance. Lise Watier also has a rich lip treatment, Spa Fondant.
A good overnight treatment for damaged lips is the Elizabeth Arden “Eight Hour Cream skin protectant.”
Manual exfoliation of the lips ought to be done very gently.
I do enjoy the Clinique lip gloss series and would love to receive one of the gift quartets!
