My Skin Care Routine - January 2007

by Christina Jones on January 8th, 2007

ahava-purifying-gelAn update on my skin care routine - I have been using the Intervene cleanser and moisturizers through the month of December, but have now switched over to what I think is going to be a long term favorite of mine, Ahava. I have casually mentioned their spa products, but will get into those more later. For now, my daily routine (morning and night):

Cleanse - Ahava Purifying Gel (for oily skin)

Tone - finishing up my Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil Controlling Astringent

Moisturize - Ahava Mineral Eye Cream, Ahava Matifying Moisturizer (daytime), and Bioelements Sleepwear (nighttime)

What are you using these days? Anything you love? I am always on the lookout for new things to try, so don’t be shy, let me know what you like. :)

I just purchased the TESS skincare line for my daughter but have been using it myself - nice textures and scents and my skin has never looked better.

if u have oily skin, u might like murad’s pomegranate moisturizer. i am pretty oily and this has the be the lightest moisturizer i have ever used. leaves no greasiness or film, provides enough moisture and has a great light scent, plus SPF 15. it would be perfect for the summer.

I haven’t heard the name: ahava, but after seeing its benefits and your comments, i’ll surely try this one, i think, it will definitely work on my skin..

I have tried Ahava, I purchased some stuff from Ebay straight outta Israel. It was ok. About 4 months ago I switched everything to Cosmedicine and I wouldn’t go back for the world.

I use Dead Sea Salt soap for my face, then MegaDose and/or Hydra Healer.

    Medi Matte sunscreen etc.

Recommend you get to Sephora and try some of this, especially if you have oily skin like I do.

I have very dry, delicate skin and would like to see recommended products for this skin type.
